Ron Vrooman, one of the owners, was a Master Technician for Mercedes in 1990 and received extensive Factory training.

Doug Dixon, Ron's partner received Factory Training for 7 years while working at a local MB dealer. He specialized in Mercedes transmissions and general repair.
