Richard Thompson, the owner, has 40 years experience in all stages of automotive repair. He has been certified as an ASE Master Technician for the last 14 years.

When ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) began their certification program 27 years ago, Kenny Watkins, the Lead Technician, was one of the first ones to pass the rigorous tests and become certified as a Master Technician. One must keep in mind that in order to maintain the certification status, a Master Technician has to continually be tested in his knowledge and experience to maintain the certification.
